We met at the parkway in South Weber this morning. It was a recovery day so it wasn't a normal fast parway run, but it still felt like a pretty good effort. I am just trying to run six days this week for the first time in a long time. So after tomorrow I should be right around 60 miles for the week! I am leavng today with Connor Baller and a bunch of the other guys on a road trip to california so that is going to be awesome!!

Solid effort run with some of the guys. The plan was to go on middle but then Jordan led and we just did lower to pipe which I was grateful for! haha good paces the whole way. The last two miles or so i dropped off the pack a little since my legs were so sore. I did 4 hill strides and then lifted. Solid day

80 minute solid long recovery wednesday with the guys. We ran down pipe and then went down to Rainbow Gardens and finished going out on the parkway and then just came back. I felt pretty relaxed most of the run. My stomach is still getting used to morning running so that wasn't too fun. Anyway just core and range of motion after.

went in reverse upper with the boys. I wasn’t feeling too good, just a little tired from yesterday’s run! After I did six Jill strides and then lifted at the Fieldhouse with Jordan. Achilles felt great today and my ankle and arch are doing well! I’m excited for these next few weeks of training. I just hope the rain stops soon

Ran up Enve for the fist time today! I didn’t feel like it was too bad and it was nice because it was a little more rolling hills on the way to Upper. My fitness is feeling good the only thing kind of bugging me is my stomach in the mornings. Other than that I’ve been feeling great. After I did 6x100m flat strides and the core with the guys.
